Right so me Ruby Kitty, Kiki-Kitty, Kacey and Keita~

This is my plan for our trip to japan in easter 2010.

First of all AND most of all most important….PLEASE can you all check you passports. Making sure you name on them is okay and that they DON’T expire in 2010! This is the most important thing cause I don’t wantuse having a passport expire JUST before we are due to go/come back.

EDIT: FROM VAMPY "Passports - I'm sure you know this but I looked this up to prompt my friends I'm going with in Nov 2010. But Japanese immigration require 6 months additional time on the passport [at least] after the time you return to your home country. Mine sadly would expire just after I come back..but apparently they may turn me away for that simple fact. So I need to fork out cash to get a renewal. Pain! D;"
 

The MAJOR plan is we will be heading to Japan for the easter of 2010 several of us will be ant Uni and its usually a three week break so I was thinking we head to Japan for JUST OVER 2 weeks, and we can confirm the dates when we get our Schedules sorted (mid september hopefully <3)

There will be the 6 of us going and its most likely we will stay in the Asakusa Sakura hostel in Tokyo (Seen as Me and Kitty already know its quite nice there XD) And for those of you who wanna look the link is http://www.sakura-hostel.co.jp/index.php and seen as there are 6 of us we can get a 6 bed private room which is 17,640 yen per night so that’s like 3000 yen a night each. So that would be overall  41160 Yen for 14 nights which at CURRENT exchange rate is like £262 There are cheaper but I don’t know if they are as nice D:

Concerning the flights. I am HOPING to book them at the end of octobers, which means you should have most off the money ready by the end of september. And that way I know who is coming or not. I REALLY don’t want to book it much later cause that’s when the good flights TEND to be up >< so I am REALLY sorry if one of you doesn’t get enough money in time T0T cause I do want us all to go D: I am hoping th flights will cost under £600 seen as the last two times I have gone they have been. But It would be on the saferside to make sure you have £650 just incase it is more ><. Then from there I can sort out accomodation.

WHAT WE WILL DO IN JAPAN. Well as you guessed we will be in Tokyo. TBH I know you guess may want to visit other places…but it would be quite expensive >< And there is PLENTY to do in Tokyo for two weeks. One thing I have learned from going on holiday with people in the past is we all love our own free time to do what we want. So I don’t think we should all expect to be with each other every day. Only kknow where someone is going so they are okay <3 HOWEVER There are some things I really think would be awesome if we did as a group. And they are: I want to show you guys on a first day maybe where the best places are. I wont show you Harajuku cause that is pretty easy and Kitty already knows it XD. I will show you for example where closet child Shinjuku is (it’s the cheapest closet child *0*) Or where the one is in Ikebukuro (which is also the female equivalent of Akihabara so Yaoi galore ;D) And the hidden otaku area that is Nakano <3 so if anyone wants to visit anywhere you think will be fun as a group just suggest it <33. Another example….WE SHOULD ALL GO TO DISNEY LAND TOKYO *0* I went with Daisuke this xmas and it was REALLY fun so I’d love to go again with more time and do it properly~~ And this is one thing I’d like to do during a weekday so it will be MAYBE a little quieter cause all the school kids at school XD? Its 5800 yen for entrance which atm stands at about £37. And anothehr thing that would be epic LOL to do together is to go have a few drinks while doing Kareoke in a Kareoke joint XD I just think that would be soo win XD.

But yeah other than that if you wanna do a group thing suggest it but if not feel free to use you time however you want <33 go to gigs shop etc XDD once we book the flights me and kitty can teach you all the joys of a shopping service to buy concert tickets XD <33

Unfourtunately the trip will be A LOT of money but seriously…Its worth it *0*

1.       I always find I save money more when I can’t get to it ^0^ So ask someone you trust (and hopefully live with to have a container (like the tins you save money in and cant get into unless youuse a can opener they are a great idea) And into this container put as much FREE money you have left over from the week. So if you find a spare fiver lying around put it in, if your wage pack is like £120 put £100 in XD.

2.       Try to avoid breaking notes when you don’t need to and use all loose change you get keeping the notes for the tin and if you end up with loads of coins as someone if they will change it into note. It will FEEL you’ve saved faster if you only put notes in you tin~

3.       Buying thing. I know we are Jrock fans but if we are going to Japan…we do not need all 3 types of the same single or 6 copies of cure xD because……we can get them over there XD you will be surprised what is easy to find <3 I even found Arcs first REALLY limited CD …signed so yeah XD…it just saves money if you wait to get it. We also don’t need new preety brand clothing >_> cause you will find a lot of it in closet child at better prices. And basically do not buy anything you don’t need….Broken underwear…new underwear needed fine….. New jewellry that cost over £30 no D:. Also a handy money saver. If you live at home…..dont bother buying food just take what your parents have already bought XDD (and Ruby and Me don’t buy more dollfies yet lol XD

4.       CLOSET SORT OUT XD Yes TIDY up your stuff and see if you have anything worth selling an put the money you receive from it in the tin <33 soon adds up ^0^

5.       If you DO have a sskill you can make money for eg textiles….bloody use it to make stuff to sell XD.

I know a few of you don’t have jobs atm but keep looking and then start saving. The money will happen quicker than you think.

Raves example saving plan:

Wages £75 per week + £30 avarage week tips -£20 general self money= £85 saved a week

£650 divided by £85 =7.6 weeks until I have my flight money. And that’s not including any extras like selling stuff~

So please if ANY of you guys have ANY ideas what soever please tell me cause I really don’t mind editing plans and such XD <33
